How we work
Halifax HQ + remote, for the right person.
Our home is Halifax, Nova Scotia. We hire locally when we can and remotely when the work calls for it. Field roles travel; clinical and engineering roles tend not to.
We don't run a fake careers page. If a role is open, we'll list it here with a real description and a real salary band. When nothing's open, this page tells you that, and gives you a way to flag yourself for the next time something is.

If you investigate how curing light interacts with composites, ceramics, and adhesives (degree of conversion, transmission, photoinitiators), we run studies and co-author, and we'd like to know your work.

Field operators who can run a clinic visit.
CheckMARC scales with people who can run a clinic-day evaluation: explain the protocol, watch a real workflow, and read a report a clinical team will act on.
